1. Acceptance

By accessing this website (spekode.ai) and registering on the early-access list, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.

2. Nature of early access

Spekode Studio is under development. Registration on the early-access list does not guarantee access to the product on a specific date nor grants rights over the final product. We will communicate when the product is available and invite you according to the criteria we determine.

3. No pre-launch SLA

Until the official launch of Spekode Studio on AWS Marketplace (estimated Q4 2026), we do not offer service SLA. This website is informational and may experience occasional interruptions.

4. Intellectual property

The name "Spekode", the website, its visual content, copy and code belong to BeInCloud. Spekode Kernel will be published under the n8n Sustainable Use License when available.

5. Limitation of liability

BeInCloud will not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or the information provided. Content is informational and may change without notice.

6. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /en/legal/privacy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, the jurisdiction where BeInCloud is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of San José, Costa Rica.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be available at this URL.
