Spekode is a product operated by BeInCloud ("we"). This website (spekode.ai) collects limited information from visitors interested in early access to the Spekode Studio product.

2. What information we collect

When the user completes the early-access form, we collect: name, work email address, role in the organization, engineering team size, and optionally a brief description of the problem they want to solve.

3. How we use the information

We use the information solely to: (a) send early-access invitations to the Spekode Studio product when it becomes available, (b) communicate about product launch, (c) aggregate internal analysis to understand which profiles show greater interest.

4. With whom we share it

We do not sell or transfer information to third parties for commercial purposes. We share information with: (a) Resend (transactional email and list management provider), (b) Cloudflare (hosting, anti-bot, anonymous analytics). Both providers comply with SOC 2 and GDPR.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website does not use third-party tracking cookies. It uses anonymous analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not require cookie consent. We store visitor language preference in browser localStorage, exclusively to improve the experience.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. Spekode emails always include an unsubscribe link.

7. Data residency

Form data is stored in Resend infrastructure (United States). Analytics data is processed in Cloudflare distributed infrastructure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will always be available at this URL. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email.
